Customer satisfaction is number one priority for us. 

• We deliver across Egypt within 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.

• You are welcome to open and check your order while the courier is present.

• Returns are not accepted once the courier leaves.

• However, you still have the ability to exchange your item within 2 days of delivery if It's in its original condition (unused, with tag and packaging).

• Shipping fees are covered by the customer in all cases except for clear manufacturing defects and wrong items from our side.
