Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

• Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: Delivery within 24–48 hours.

• Other governorates: Delivery within 5–7 days.

• You may open and inspect your order while the courier is present to check the item, color, size and condition.

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and returned with its original Label and Packaging.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

• The refund is processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and is inspected and approved.
